How do I sign up?

Is it the first time you are using EdSA Gateway to sign up with an association? Please click ‘sign up’. From then on you will use the login section using your email and existing password.

After pressing ‘sign up’ you will be taken to the ‘Membership type’ screen – choose the right type for you and click ‘continue’. On the next screen you will be able to choose the membership period.

The next thing you will need to do is input an email address and a password that you will remember. Remember you will need this email address and password to login in the future, this system is case sensitive.

You will then be asked to provide details. When there are changes, you will be able to log into EdSA Gateway at any time and update all your details. Once you have completed all or as many details as possible, click on the “Create Account” button.

What are the payment options?

In the payment section you can select to pay via credit card or to pay via an EFT transfer. If you select EFT, please do not pay until you receive your invoice to add the invoice number in the payment reference section. This allows Educators SA to process the payment quickly. If you can’t pay by credit card or by EFT let us know through the “Help and Feedback” option or contact the Educators SA office on 84635875. If you require any assistance or would like to ask a question, please email us using the “Help and Feedback” option.

I paid via credit card but didn’t receive a confirmation email.

It can take up to 5 minutes until you receive a confirmation email. Also have a look into your junk folder.

I paid via EFT but didn’t receive a confirmation email.

If you chose to pay by EFT, it might take a couple of days until the funds appear in our bank account. Please do not pay until you receive your invoice to add the invoice number in the payment reference section. This allows Educators SA to process the payment quickly. As soon as we received payment, we will mark you as paid, and you will receive a confirmation email confirming your payment.

My school needs to pay for my membership. How do I do that?

If it’s a school membership, your school’s name will be on the invoice automatically. If your school is paying for an individual membership and require the school’s name on the invoice; please choose EFT as payment option and send us an email to administration@ceasa.asn.au for the school’s name to be added.

I can only pay by cheque. Is that possible?

Yes, please select EFT in the payment section and once you receive the invoice please send the cheque and payment slip to the Educators SA Office, Education Development Centre, Level 1, 4 Milner St Hindmarsh, 5007.

I am having issues to login/I forgot my login details.

If you forgot your password, please click “I forgot my password” to reset it. An email will be sent to the email address you registered with.

If you are sure you have got the right login details and still can’t login, please remember that the system is case sensitive. For further assistance click “Help and Feedback” or contact the Educators SA office on 84635875.

I need to change my details. How do I do that?

Login to your account first. On the left hand side, you will find “edit details”.

I signed up but didn’t receive an email as a confirmation.

I am already a member of an association, but I am new to EdSA Gateway. Do I sign up or login?

If it is the first time you are using the EdSA Gateway for said association, please ‘sign up’, this will ask you to input all relevant information for the membership.

I would like to sign up with more than one association using the same email address. Is this possible?

Yes, it is! To use the same email address to create an account with another association, please login on the new association page where you will then be required to fill in the registration form.

Will the system remind me to renew my membership?

Yes! You will receive an email 2 months before your membership expires. Another reminder will be sent 1 month prior to the expiry date.

I paid the association directly without joining EdSA Gateway.

Unfortunately, your membership will not be valid until you join through EdSA Gateway. For further assistance click “Help and Feedback” or contact the Educators SA office on 84635875.

Can I use my EdSA Gateway login to log into my association website?

No. Unfortunately, the sites don’t have the capacity to talk to each other yet. Please contact your association directly for further assistance.
